No Sandpit Claude configs

project: hinata-architecturetype: feedback Sandpit apps (~/Sandpit/hinata/applications/*/) must never have their own .claude/ directory or CLAUDE.md. The vault is the single source of truth for all Claude configuration.

Why: Independent Sandpit Claude configs drift from the vault instance, accumulate stale permissions, and create hidden overrides that are invisible during vault-level audits.

How to apply: During /structure-audit Phase 3f, scan all Sandpit app folders for .claude/ or CLAUDE.md and flag every hit as a violation. Any permissions needed for a Sandpit app session should be added to the vault .claude/settings.json, not to a per-app config.
