Decision log

• 2026-06-12: Project nnamdi-nnamah deletion took the VPS down (discovered via dead tailnet node); project undeleted + billing relinked + instance restarted for the final pull. Full migration snapshot to Z2 /mnt/data/hinata/migration/vps-final/ — DB static since 2026-06-08 baseline (one new empty table public.leaderboard_scores + router). Delete-ready. cloudflared tunnel credentials deliberately not archived (retire in Cloudflare dashboard).

• 2026-05-24: Multi-tenant collector built and shipped. Postgres + FastAPI live. Music Mastery round-trip confirmed.

• 2026-05-20: Initial use as Hinata brain host (vault sync + morning briefing).
